My idea of the perfect cashew chicken dish would have a lot more vegetables in it than what some others might prefer.So many Chinese restaurants in the U.S. have "Americanized" their Chinese food to where it is almost all meat and no veggies. I wonder if that is because veggies are now more expensive than meat here or because that is what Americans prefer?
